A. No, if the center monster is destroyed by a Counterattack, damage will not be dealt by Penetrate. Penetrate is a keyword ability which activates only when your opponent's center monster is destroyed by an attack. Damage cannot be dealt if the monster is destroyed by methods other than an attack. |
