A. No, it does not. After a player is designated as the target of an attack, even if a monster is called to the center, the target of the attack does not change.

Q. The monster on my center is attacked by my opponent's monster with [Penetrate], and I call this card to the center as a [Counter] and put the monster that was attacked into the drop zone. What happens to the attack?
A. As the initial target of the attack is gone, no hit confirmation will take place, and as such, no damage from [Penetrate] will occur. Even if this card is called to the same area as the monster that was attacked, the target of the attack does not change.

Q. At the beginning of my main phase, I have "Conciliation Omni Lord, Count Dawn" in my drop zone, and I pay 1 gauge and put it into my hand. If the gauge that was paid was a "Conciliation Omni Lord, Count Dawn", can I pay another gauge and put that into my hand?
A. No, you may not. "At the beginning" abilities are all triggered at that same timing. After other abilities are resolved, the condition that triggers such abilities is no longer fulfilled after that timing.

A. Yes, you may. If you have two or more of this card in your drop zone, their abilities will trigger at the same time. The cards' triggered abilities will resolve one by one, and be put into your hand as such.
