【Rules】Irregulars List New Regulations!

After months of grueling investigations, the Buddy Police has decided to revise the Irregulars List.

Irregulars List Revision Date

This Irregulars List update will take place from November 1st onwards.

Addition to Irregulars List

【1-Limit】All Flags
Obstruct (PR/0305EN)

As this card can be utilized by most decks, decks that do not get affected by this badly and decks that start first to draw out this card are presiding at the top of the game environment. Fighters that go second will have their options severely limited, and the fight becomes too one-sided.

This card has come to restrict the variety of decks that are being played, and does not contribute to a healthy game environment.

For all the reasons above, we have decided to add this card to the Irregulars List.

Removal from Irregulars List

Connect Ninja, Tomonoshin

After rigorous testing, we have determined that this card will not pose an issue without a Limiter in “Thunder Emperor’s Fangs” decks in the current game environment. So this card will be removed from the Irregulars List.
