A. No. A monster that has [Transformed]/[Ride] is treated as an another card, abilities received by effects do not carry over when it becomes an Item. Also, after [Transform] even if "Answer Question" was used already this turn, as it is treated as a new card, you can use "Answer Question" again.

A. No, you cannot. Once you use "Answer Question", even if you paid 1 gauge, declared a card type and put the card in the drop zone, even if it is wrong, you may only use it once.

A. No you may not. This card cannot enter the field other than by the 【Act】 of "Card Burn".

A. Yes, the target will be changed. Not being able to declare an attack to the left and right monsters only apply during attack declaraton.
Q. If this card is in my opponent's left on his field, I attacked the center with "Twin Dragonblades, Dragoanthem". In this case, what happens to the target of the attack?
A. In this case, the target of attack will be changed to the monster on the left. The ability of "Twin Dragonblades, Dragoanthem"' only applies when announciing the attack declaration.
