A. Yes, When you move the 3 cards to the drop zone, you may ride it. As the field contains of left, right, center, item and magic areas. Even if you are [Ride] on "Card Burn", it is still considered a card on the field.

Q. If the abilities of cards with "size of your monsters are reduced by X" are nullified, and the total size of my monsters become bigger than 3, how will rule resolution of oversized field occur?
A. Other than the monster that has just entered the field, if the total size of monsters in your field is greater than 3, put monsters from your field into your drop zone until the total size becomes 3 or less. In this case, there is no need to put them in the drop zone in the order they entered the field.

A. No it will not.
The ability "When you cast a spell,~" is still nullified when the spell was being cast, and the ability will not activate.

Abilities that have already been resolved will not be nullified nor lost later.

A. Yes, they can be cast.
When you are "[Transform] into" or "[Ride] on" a card, even if that equipped card's abilities are nullified, it will fulfill conditions that require "[Transform] into" or "[Ride] on".
