Q. In the case that this card performs a link attack, will that link attack attack my opponent and all of their monsters?
A. No, it cannot.
All cards attacking within the link attack target must be attacking same target. Because of that, you can only link attack your opponent or one of his or her monsters.

A. Yes, both fighters can only use [Counter] up to 1 time.
In the case of attacking multiple opponents, a battle round is considered only when damage has been applied and monsters are destroyed.

A. No, it will not be put into the gauge
When you [Ride] or [Transform] the card will move from monster space into the item area and become a different card, effects in the monster space will not be carried over.
In this case, when you [Transform] into the card you will lose its gain 5000 attack and [Penetrate], at the end of the turn it will not be put to gauge.
