A. Yes, you do. Impact monsters are also treated as monsters, and as such, you will draw a card.

As a [Counter] against that attack, I called "Rescue Dragon, Mach Braver" and changed the target of the attack to it. If "Rescue Dragon, Mach Braver" was destroyed by that attack, does the "At the end of the battle of this card..." ability of "Black-White Shadow Lord, Mukuro" activate?
A. No, it does not. As the target of the attack in this battle was changed to "Rescue Dragon, Mach Braver", the condition "At the end of this battle of this card…" of "Black-White Shadow Lord, Mukuro" is not fulfilled.

Q. Can I put cards that were paid as gauge for this card's [Station] into its soul?
A. Yes, you may. As a general rule, conditions written in [Station] needs to be fulfilled at the same time, however, if "Then" is written, you fulfill the conditions before "then" first, and proceed to the conditions after "then".
Q. When the monster on my center was attacked by my opponent's card with [Penetrate], I used this card's [Counter] ability and called a 《Crew Trooper》 monster to my center, and the monster that was attacked was put into the drop zone. What happens to the attack?
A. As the initial target of the attack is gone, no hit confirmation will take place, and as such, no damage from [Penetrate] will occur. Even if this card calls a monster to the same area as the monster that was attacked, the target of the attack does not change.
Q. When I was attacked, I called a 《Crew Trooper》 to my center with this card's [Counter] ability. Does the target of the attack become the monster on my center?
A. No, it does not. When a player is the target of an attack, even if a monster was called to the center, the target of the attack does not change.
