Q. Including the oppressed areas, I have four monsters on my field. Can my opponent use the ability of "DEATH Wave Rod, Sterben" to put other monsters on an oppressed area?
A. No, they may not.
Neither fighters may put a new monster on an oppressed area. If a monster on an oppressed area is to be moved to another area, they may put one monster each on the center, left, and right, and as the remaining monster cannot be put onto any other monster space, it will be put into the drop zone.

Q. Fighter A has "One Winged Hate Dragon, Left Slasher" on the field when a card is put on Fighter A's left due to "Oppress". Does the "Thunder Mine" of "One Winged Hate Dragon, Left Slasher" activate?
A. No, it does not.
As "Oppress" moves one card from one part of the field to another, it does not count as entering the field. As such, though a monster was put on the opponent's left, it is not entering the field, and does not fulfill the condition of the "Thunder Mine" of "One Winged Hate Dragon, Left Slasher".

Q. If the abilities of the monster on an oppressed area is nullified, does that area ceases to be an oppressed area?
A. No, it does not.
As the "Oppress" ability has already resolved, even if the abilities of the monster on an oppressed area are nullified, the area will continue being an oppressed area as long as that monster is there.

Q. I designated the area on which to put this card with its "Oppress". If my opponent calls a monster on the designated area as a [Counter], can I still put this card on the designated area?
A. No. As that area is no longer an open area, you may not put it there.
You may only put this card on the designated area if it is open when the effect is resolving. If it is not open during the resolution, then you may not put the card on that area.
Also, as it states ""Oppress" During your turn, you may pay 1 gauge. If you do...", you may also choose to not pay 1 gauge when the effect is resolving.

A. When you use the ability.
When you use "Oppress", you designate which area of your opponent to put this card on, and then you confirm your opponent's [Counter].

A. Yes, they may.
However, once they leave an oppressed area, that area will return to being your opponent's area.
