A. Yes, you can. As calling an impact monster also counts as your opponent having "cast an impact card", you can [Counter] with "Dragon Heart" when your opponent declares to call an impact monster. Then, for that turn, when that impact monster deals damage to you either by an attack or by ability, if your life would become 0, it becomes 1 instead. |

A. No, you cannot. Even though "My Buddy!" has the ability to buddy call when it is called, as only impact monsters can be called during your final phase, it cannot be called during your final phase. As monsters cannot be called during your final phase other than by the ability of cards, you cannot call "My Buddy!" from your hand. |
